I I totally get that life happens and plans change. If you need to move things around, please give me at least 24 hours' notice.

Because it’s hard to fill a spot at the last minute, failing to give a heads-up means your deposit will be forfeited.

My time is dedicated to giving you the best experience possible. If you miss your appointment without any reach out, your deposit will be forfeited.

To book with me again after a no-show, I may require a non-refundable fee upfront.

late ARRIVALS

To keep things running smoothly, I have a 15-minute grace period. If you’re later than that, we may need to reschedule so I don’t get backed up for the next client.

If we have to reschedule due to a late arrival, the standard cancellation/deposit policy will unfortunately have to kick in.
